Refund & Return Policy
We want you to love your Poison Ivy Couture purchase. If there is an issue with your order, please read our policy carefully to understand your options.
1. General Returns We do not offer refunds or exchanges for a "change of mind." All sales are final. We encourage you to carefully review sizing guides and product descriptions before making a purchase.
Refund Policy - the basics
2. Damaged or Faulty Items Your satisfaction is our priority, and we comply with Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a refund, repair, or replacement if an item is faulty, wrongly described, or different from the product shown on the website.

How to Report a Faulty Item: If you believe you have received a damaged or faulty item, please contact us at poisonivycouture@gmail.com with your order number and a clear photo and description of the fault.

Return Process: Upon confirmation of the fault, we will provide instructions for returning the item. We will cover the shipping costs for returning the faulty item.

Resolution: Once the item is received and inspected, we will notify you and, if approved, offer you a choice of a refund, replacement, or store credit. Refunds will be processed to your original payment method within a certain number of business days.

3. Non-Returnable Items For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on items such as earrings, swimwear, or lingerie unless they are faulty. All items marked as "Final Sale" are also non-returnable.
